Overview

TalentFlows is an automated multi-channel outreach feature within ZoomInfo's TalentOS platform that enables recruiters to build personalized engagement sequences.

It was the foundation that informed the evolution into the full Sequences feature. TalentFlows works hand in hand with ReachOut, ZoomInfo's Google Chrome extension that sits directly on top of LinkedIn and other websites, surfacing candidate data and outreach tools without ever leaving the page. Together, they give recruiters a seamless way to find, engage, and manage candidates from one connected workflow.

Solution

I designed a multi-channel sequence builder integrated directly into the LinkedIn workflow via the ReachOut Chrome extension.

LinkedIn limits users to use its own in-app messaging and does not provide direct email addresses. ZoomInfo gives recruiters a significant advantage by surfacing verified contact information, including direct emails and phone numbers, right on the candidate's LinkedIn profile. Without ever leaving LinkedIn, recruiters can identify a candidate, access their contact details, add them to a TalentFlow, and trigger automated multi-touch outreach in one seamless action.

Recruiters can build email templates and cadences, set up auto-dialing call lists, and leave pre-recorded voicemails when candidates don't answer. Candidates are automatically added or removed from sequences based on their responses, and engaged candidates can be exported directly to an ATS for further processing.
