Overview

The ZoomInfo mobile app had gone largely unchanged for years, functional, but visually dated and disconnected from the modern look and feel of the web platform.

When ZoomInfo launched Copilot, its powerful AI sales agent, it was the perfect opportunity to do more than just add new features. We used this moment to completely refresh the mobile experience, bringing it in line with the web's visual design while making Copilot's most powerful capabilities available on the go.

Problem

Sales professionals spend a significant portion of their day away from their desks, in meetings, traveling, or between calls.

The existing mobile app didn't reflect the quality or capability of the web platform, leaving users with a limited, outdated experience when they needed it most. As Copilot launched on web with features that were already saving users an average of 8.1 hours per week and increasing productivity by 60%, it was critical that those same capabilities weren't locked to a desktop. A salesperson shouldn't have to wait until they're back at their desk to act on a buying signal, review an account, or reach out to a prospect.

The homepage serves as a salesperson’s daily command center, surfacing prioritized target accounts based on real-time buying signals and recommended plays. It ensures that the moment a rep opens the app, they know exactly who to contact and why.

Company & Contact Profiles

Detailed profiles gives sales reps a view of every account and contact on the go. Giving sales reps enough information to walk into any conversation fully informed.

Advanced Search

Advanced search puts ZoomInfo’s entire database at a reps fingertips, allowing them to prospect and find new opportunities from anywhere.

Copilot Chat

Copilot Chat brings the power of AI directly into the mobile experience, allowing reps to ask questions and get instant, intelligent answers about any account or contact.
