When I first moved in, the house needed a lot of work, and the living room wasn’t quite my style. For the time being, we painted the walls a neutral color and moved in some furniture I already had. A few years later, I decided to upgrade the space and turn it into a girly, pink, plant-filled zen retreat. I built a custom cabinet under my TV, as I couldn’t find anything in my budget that fit my vision. It was a fun learning experience, and I’m excited to create more custom pieces for my home in the future.
